In a separate deal, NV5 has also acquired SA Bricks to bolster its presence in the South Korean data center market. Specializing in commissioning and energy marshaling for data center infrastructure, SA Bricks will enhance NV5’s capabilities in supporting US technology sector clients with their Korean hyperscale data center investments. With this acquisition, NV5’s data center business now spans across 15 countries, showcasing its commitment to global expansion and industry leadership.
Meanwhile, True Environmental has made a strategic move by acquiring Padre Associates, a California-based provider of natural resources and geo-environmental services. With the backing of private equity firm Halle Capital, True Environmental aims to leverage Padre Associates’ expertise to enhance its own service offerings. Jerome Summerlin, President of Padre Associates, acknowledges the benefits of this partnership in terms of additional resources, capabilities, and scale provided by True’s platform. True Environmental, known for its consulting, engineering, and project management services, focuses on supporting growth and ownership transitions in environmental consulting and engineering firms.
