Oscar Holloway appointed as Managing Director of M&A at The Clear Group

The Clear Group has announced the appointment of Oscar Holloway as its Managing Director of M&A. This move follows the successful progress made since Goldman Sachs’ investment in 2022. In 2024, Clear executed 12 acquisitions to enhance its capabilities, including the strategic acquisition of Lilley Plummer Risks Limited to establish a presence in the Lloyd’s market.

Holloway brings a wealth of experience from previous leadership roles, such as Group M&A Director at JLT, Senior Vice President at Marsh, and Head of Europe at Miller Insurance Services.
